Welcome to the new takedown process in Lot Vault.
To submit a Takedown Request, click on the "Takedown Request" button in the top right corner.
The first step in entering your Takedown Request will be to enter the "project", "takedown date", and "lot groups". You will only be allowed to move to the next screen when you have selected all required lot groups for that takedown date. Once complete, select "Create Draft".
Once on the next page, you will select the lots groups you wish to add to your request.
Next, select the lots from each lot group that you would like to take down in this request. Once you are done with the first lot group it will prompt you to move on to the next until all lot groups you’ve selected have been added.
Once you’re ready to review your Takedown Request select “Go to Summary”
Lastly, review and submit.
