Takedown Section:
In the "Takedown" section, you can efficiently manage and track project takedowns. This ensures a smooth and organized process for your projects from start to finish.
With these features, Lot Vault streamlines project management and helps you keep all your project information in one place. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
In the takedown section, you will see seven different tabs.
Draft: Uncompleted takedown requests may be saved as drafts by builder teams. These will appear in the "Draft" tab. If you realize that you don't have all the information that you need, save the request here so that you can complete it at a later date. Draft takedowns may be deleted.
Pending: A takedown request that has been submitted by a builder team for review by the capital partner.
Internal Review: A takedown request that has been marked for internal review, meaning the builder company has multiple team members that contribute to each takedown request. (This tab is typically used by builder teams with a multi-level review process that starts at the division level and must go to someone at the HQ level before being submitted to the capital partner.)
Accepted: The takedown request has been accepted by the capital partner.
Soft accepted: During a takedown request you have selected "soft closing" for this takedown, meaning no specific lots have been selected by the builder, and after the capital partner team reviews this request it will fall under "soft accepted".
Declined: The takedown request has been denied by the capital partner. The builder must correct issues and resubmit for approval.
Archived: Once all steps are completed after the acceptance of a takedown request and the wire is received by the capital partner they will move individual requests into the archive tab for long-term visibility.
