In-App notifications are now available in Lot Vault to keep you informed about important updates regarding your takedown requests and projects. You can access all recent alerts using the bell icon, and choose how you receive future notifications from your Preferences.
How to View Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top right corner of the screen.
This opens your Notifications panel, where all recent in-app messages are listed.
Click any notification to open the related item or view more details.
To expand your view, click the “Notifications” button within the panel to open the Notification Inbox in a larger window.

How to Change Notification Delivery
You can choose whether to receive notifications in-app.
From Settings
Click the Gear icon in the top right corner
Select Preferences.
In Preferences, you will see switches for each notification type:
Toggle each option to opt in for In-app notifications in addition to email notifications.
Some notifications are required and cannot be turned off. These will appear disabled

If you only want email notifications, turn off In-app for the items you do not want delivered in Lot Vault.
Disabled toggles indicate mandatory notifications that cannot be turned off
