To Edit A Drafted Takedown Request
Go to the "Takedowns" tab on the far left side of the page.
Click on the column labeled "Draft."
Navigate to your project and click on "Review."
Inside the takedown, click the "Edit Request" button (pencil icon).
You'll now have access to edit the selected lot groups, modify your choices, or add new lots.
To Edit a Submitted to Internal Review Takedown
Go to the "Takedowns" tab on the far left side of the page.
Click on the column labeled "Internal Review."
Navigate to your project and click on "Review."
Inside the takedown, click the "Edit Request" button (pencil icon).
You'll now have access to edit the selected lot groups, modify your choices, or add new lots.
How to Edit a Pending Or Accepted Takedown Request
Go to the "Takedowns" tab on the far left side of the page.
Click on the column labeled "Pending" or "Accepted."
Navigate to your project and click on "View."
Inside the takedown, click the "Edit Request" button (pencil icon).
You'll now have access to edit the selected lot groups, modify your choices, or add new lots.
Please note that if the National Land Finance (NLF) team has approved your takedown from internal review, it will be pending capital partner approval. Once the capital partner approves the takedown, it will be marked as accepted. If you make updates to the takedown after it is in pending or accepted status, the approval workflow will be triggered again, and the takedown will go back to NLF for review and approval. An information icon will appear next to the takedown name to indicate that the request was edited after approval.
